Balance, coordination, confidence, and joy — all at once. Every session is built around the kind of movement kids already love, so growth feels like play, not practice.

In addition to my occupational therapy training, I am a certified yoga instructor. I thoughtfully integrate gentle movement, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques into sessions — helping children develop body awareness, emotional resilience, and lifelong tools for self-calming and focus.
